Scale and Sell Programme

How we begin
All my clients begin with a one-day Business Health Check, as a stand alone project. You can then decide if you'd like to move on to the full advisory programme.
What you get
Business Health Check
I I
My Business Health Check can be done as a stand alone project, but it's also the first part of my Scale and Sell Programme.
I visit your business and spend a day with you to understand more about how it runs, and what your challenges and goals are. This allows me to get 'under the bonnet' of what you do, so I can give you an objective view on where your focus needs to be to make your business more valuable.

We'll delve into sales, finances and operational structure, which gives you useful insights and helpful direction. It's also an opportunity to ask my advice on specific challenges you may have.
You'll then get a report with my recommendations for you and a follow up Zoom call to explain suggested next steps. If you decide you want to continue working with me, you can then move onto the full programme afterwards.

Full programme

Once we've done your Business Health Check, you can choose to move onto the full advisory programme. This is designed to take you from where you are now, to the successful sale of your business.
The programme includes:
I
Personal goals meeting
Following the Business Health Check, we'll talk through what your personal goals are, and the kind of payout you're ultimately looking for from your business. This helps us to put a figure on what your business needs to be worth (also taking into account the tax you'll have to pay).
Your options report
This is where I take all the information I've learned about both you and your business and present you with the different options open to you. The report will include a current business value, and show you what needs to happen to grow your business and achieve the financial payout you want.
Goal planning workshop
I come back to do an in-person workshop where we revisit the Business Health Check, and hammer out what your priorities are to get you on the right track. We'll break down your actions into practical tasks you can fit into your every day schedule.
Monthly online meetings
Once your business priorities are in place, we'll meet every month to discuss your progress and talk through any challenges you're having. This is a useful place for you to take stock and remind yourself where your focus needs to be.
Weekly accountability emails
It's easy to set actions and forget about them. Each week I'll email you a reminder of the priorities you set for yourself so you can factor these into your work for the week.

Quarterly in-person advisory workshops
Every three months I'll revisit your business to have a proper in-person catch up. We'll review your financials, discuss your progress and set new priorities for the next three months. It's a chance to re-group, look at the numbers, and make sure you and your business are heading in the right direction.
Annual in-person acceleration workshops
Our annual review is another in-person workshop where we stand back to look at the bigger picture. We'll evaluate the year and decide on the priorities for the next one. We use this to focus on ways we can boost your business and accelerate towards your sale and successful exit.
